Your questions
Business training, explained.
What business training programmes does Leadica provide?
Leadica provides practical training in growth strategy and marketing, sales and CRM, customer journeys, business systems and workflow, management reporting, and digital tools including AI and automation. The focus is better management decisions and commercially useful improvements.
Is the training customised to our business?
The training is shaped around your business and the management capability you want to strengthen. We agree the scope first, then use relevant workflows, customer journeys, information and decisions rather than relying only on a generic course deck.
Who should attend?
Owners, managing directors, GMs, heads of sales, marketing and operations, and senior managers responsible for customer experience, systems, team capacity or performance. We agree the right participants based on the programme and the decisions they need to make.
Do you train teams as well as individual managers?
Training can be scoped for individual managers or teams. The format and number of participants are agreed around the programme, the business context and the capability you want to develop.
Is this software training?
The focus is management capability, not instruction in a particular software package. CRM, reporting tools, AI and automation may be considered where useful, but the starting point is the process, the decision and the business outcome.
How long are the programmes?
There is no single fixed duration. Format and scope are agreed based on the programme, the management challenge and the number of participants. We confirm the proposed approach before you commit.
Can Leadica help implement improvements after the training?
Yes. Implementation can be separately scoped under a commercial agreement where it is useful. There is no obligation to engage Leadica afterwards, and implementation is not assumed to be included in the training.
Is training available anywhere in New Zealand?
We welcome enquiries from businesses anywhere in New Zealand. We agree delivery arrangements, including whether remote sessions or in-person work are suitable, when we scope the programme.
